Whether you're picturing an intimate ceremony for 50 in the mansion, a cocktail hour on the covered patio, or a full reception for up to 200 under the stars (or under our tent if the weather doesn't cooperate), we've got the space and the setup to make it happen.
What's Included
Your 10 acres, exclusively yours for the day.
The mansion (main floor and basement).
The Bridal Loft (located in the studio apartment in barn).
The Groom’s Room (located in mansion basement).
Prep Kitchen for your catering staff.
Tables, chairs, and elegant lighting already set up the way you want them.
Free parking for 100 vehicles.
A backup plan: a stunning 40' x 80' tent with concrete flooring and lighting, just in case.
One rehearsal Thursday evening before your big day.
Pricing That Fits Your Timeline
Peak season (April-June, September-October): $3,500-$4,950 weekends | $2,700 weekdays
Off-peak (November-March, July-August): $2,700-$3,850 weekends | $2,200 weekdays
All rentals include the following equipment options:
Tables & Chairs to seat 200 guests are included (dimensions below.)
200 white resin folding chairs, for ceremony
200 gold Chiavari chairs, for reception
25 round tables (5 feet, seats 8)
25 rectangle tables (8 feet, seats 8)
5 cocktail tables (30" round, 30" or 42" high)
20 farmhouse wooden tables (35”deep, 30” tall, 8’ wide, $60 each)
Table linens available for $9 per linen
