How do I schedule a private tour of Haseltine Estate?

How can I find out if my date is available?

What is your guest capacity?

200 guests total (limited to 50 for indoor events).

What is included in the Haseltine Estate rate?

Complete access to lawn, terrace, multiple chair and table types, table centerpieces, setup and take down of ceremony and reception chairs and tables, terrace chandeliers, bridal loft, groom room, limited mansion access.

What kind of access will we have to the mansion interior?

We allow complete access to the main level and basement for all events. At no time is anyone allowed on the third and fourth levels of the estate.

What are our options with an outdoor wedding with a guest count over 100 and a high probability of inclement weather?

Included in your booking is a 40’ x 80’ frame tent with a concrete floor and electricity; this includes setup; don’t worry, rain or shine, your Haseltine Estate experience will live on.

Can we have our ceremony anywhere on the property?

Yes. We prefer the valley next to the terrace, but you can setup wherever you want.

We plan to have our ceremony offsite, or only plan to have our ceremony at Haseltine Estate. Does your fee change?

Because we only host one event per day, our fee structure remains the same whether you hold your ceremony, reception, or both onsite.

If we choose the one day option, will we be able to access the location early to rehearse our ceremony? 

We offer a one hour rehearsal period on the Thursday evening prior to your wedding. The Friday wedding has access from 4pm to 5pm; the Saturday wedding has access from 5pm to 6pm; the Sunday wedding has access from 6pm to 7pm.

Do you allow alcohol on the property?

Yes. We have open bar, consumption bar, and cash bar options for your guests. Contact us for our packages!

What types of alcohol do you allow?

Beer, wine, champagne, and up to two pre-determined signature cocktails with hosted bars. We DO NOT allow a full bar for events (except for cash bars). 

Do you allow glass drink ware?

Yes, all glass drink ware is allowed.

Who are your required bar services?

Our bar is in house and you must go through the venue for booking.

Who are your recommended caterers?

Simply Delicious, Happy Chef, and Infused Catering.

Who are your recommended wedding planners?

Planners are a must have for successful weddings. We recommend Events by Social Graces, Allie Rose Events, Courtney Jean Weddings + Design, and Cue the Confetti Event Planning.

Do you have required vendors or are you open to all vendors?

We are open to them all; please ask us for recommendations.

Do you offer table coverings, décor, dishes or silverware?

We include table centerpieces with all rentals; we have table coverings available for $9 per linen.

What kind of chairs come with our event?

200 gold Chiavaris and white resin folding chairs with vinyl pads (200).

What kind of tables come with our event?

Eight foot long rectangular tables (25) and five foot round tables (25) that seat 8 each. We also have five cocktail tables with two height options.

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

I see pictures with draping on the pergolas. How do I get the pergolas draped for my event?

We are contracted with Eventful Rentals to provide and install draping for all events. This is an additional fee that ranges between $350-$1,600. We do not allow clients or their family/friends to install this draping due to potential injury liability issues.

Do you allow a sparkler send off?

Yes, as long as the sparklers are lit out in the open (not under a structure) and are properly disposed of after (sand or water bucket).

Do you allow lit candles?

Yes, as long as the flame is enclosed and the top of the flame is below the opening.
