What is your guest capacity?

200 guests (limited to 80 inside)

What is included in the Haseltine Estate rate?

Complete access to lawn, terrace, multiple chair and table types, setup and take down of ceremony and reception chairs and tables,  terrace chandeliers, bridal loft, groom room, limited mansion access; the tables, chairs and chandeliers are valued at up to $700 value alone.

What kind of access will we have to the mansion interior?

We allow complete access to the main level and basement for all events. At no time is anyone allowed on the third and fourth levels of the estate.

What are our options with an outdoor wedding with a guest count over 100 and a high probability of inclement weather?

Included in your booking is a 40’ x 80’ frame tent with a concrete floor and electricity; this includes setup; don’t worry, rain or shine, your Haseltine Estate experience will live on. (Additional fee applies only if you plan to use both reception spaces. Poolside and tent.)

Can we have our ceremony anywhere on the property?

Yes. We prefer the valley next to the terrace, but you can setup wherever you want.

We plan to have our ceremony offsite, or only plan to have our ceremony at Haseltine Estate. Does your fee change?

Because we only host one event per day, our fee structure remains the same whether you hold your ceremony, reception, or both onsite.

If we choose the one day option, will we be able to access the location early to rehearse our ceremony? 

We do not offer an onsite rehearsal for any day but the day of your event. Most couples elect to rehearse offsite at a park, someone's back yard or onsite the morning of the event. If you decide a make a multi-day booking, then you are welcome to have an onsite rehearsal the day before. 

I see that there is a pool at Haseltine Estate. Can we go for a swim?

While the pool is very inviting on hot Summer days, we are sorry to say that we DO NOT allow swimming at any time during your rental period for liability and insurance reasons.

Do you allow alcohol on the property?

Yes. We charge a $200 alcohol allowance fee for additional clean up that is often required when alcohol is being served at events. We do not offer a bar service at this time, but we require one of these bar services to be hired: Shakers Bartending or Simply Delicious.

What types of alcohol do you allow?

Beer, wine, champagne, and two pre-determined signature cocktails. We DO NOT allow a full bar for events. 

Do you allow glass drink ware?

If alcohol is being served at your event, we do not allow glass drink ware around the terrace pool. If alcohol is not being served, glass drink ware is allowed. Also, glass drink ware is allowed in the tent and mansion regardless of alcohol being served.

Who are your required bar services?

Shakers or Simply Delicious must be hired by the client to run the bar.

Who are your recommended caterers?

Simply Delicious and Infused Catering.

Who are your recommended wedding planners?

Planners are a must have for successful weddings. We recommend Bringing it Together Events, Events by Social Graces, Bliss Events, Allie Rose Events, and Hired Hostess Event Planning and Design.  We also offer a $100 discount off of our rental rate if you hire the services of a professional planner/coordinator. *Discounts are not combinable.

Do you have required vendors or are you open to all vendors?

We are open to them all; please ask us for recommendations.

Do you offer table coverings, décor, dishes or silverware?

No, but we can recommend event rental companies that offer a great variety for you. 

What kind of chairs come with our event?

Silver and gold Chiavaris (200 of each), and white resin folding chairs with vinyl pads (200).

What kind of tables come with our event?

Eight foot long rectangular tables (25) and five foot round tables (25) that seat 8 each. We also have five cocktail tables with two height options.

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

I see pictures with draping on the pergolas. How do I get the pergolas draped for my event?

We do not own any pergola drapes. Please contact us for a list of vendors that install the drapes. We do not allow clients or their family/friends to install this draping due to potential injury liability issues.
